So-called Dragoon monument, position Oldenburg (Oldb), district Osternburg, Cloppenburger Strasse 3. Construction by O. Katzmann, opened 1924. Material Dutch clinker and sandstone. Decicated to the soldiers killed in action in the campaigns of 1866, 1870/71 and 1914-1918. On the backside a complete list of the victims. Source: Dietrich Hagen: Oldenburger Steinlese.
