Memento Park

The main entrance to the Memento Park, designed by architect Ákos Eleőd, is shapped in the image of a monumental classicist building. On its left stands a 4 meter high Lenin statue, previously in the Dozsa Gyorgy street, while on its right stands the cubist Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels granit monument which once stood at the main entrance of the communist party head quarters in Budapest, in the central square Jászai Mari tér.
